Nerstrand is close to Collegeville, 64 miles from WYC. Though it's a bit far out the price is right for the distance. I think it was around $250.00.</div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1505914864107_25579"><br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1505914864107_25579">It's a beautiful, very clean farm with numerous outbuildings and the Pflaum's, the people that own it, are great.
