WAYZATA SAILING FOUNDATION ANNUAL MEETING and OPEN HOUSE
Six Days Out.
7:00 pm at the WYC Clubhouse on March 23rd. This is a great open house where you can learn about the success of the WSS in it's first year of operation, Capper's US Sailing Outstanding School Director award, get tour of the new WSS office and WYC protest room (the apartment), and hear about success from WSS sailors. Voting is only for contributors to the WSF, but anyone is welcome to attend.

WSS SAILING SCHOOL

I don't know how they do it, but HS racing starts April 8th (in DN's I suppose). Summer Camp registration is in full swing as we speak and classes are reportedly filling twice the rate of last year. So if you have a kid, grandkid, niece/nephew, or neighbor who needs to learn about sailing...

If Perry on Rules is too boring for you, spend the evening with Gary Jobson at the fancy new digs of the Upper Minnetonka Yacht Club located on Spring Park Bay next to the Sheriff's Station. It's only $25 (or free with a $75 crew membership) and the date is April 22nd, 6:00pm reception and 7pm presentation. Gary is going to talk about a whole range of interesting stuff from America's Cup to cruising the BVI's. You better register right now before it sells out. This is a rare opportunity, check it out and visit the UMYC.
