<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Summer is nearly gone, but have a great season of
fall races and regattas on tap. Here's a brief outline of what's up.

<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial><STRONG>BURTON CUP - MS CUP</STRONG></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>This is the coolest race of the season. We race
with MYC boats starting next to the MYC clubhouse. Please be aware of and avoid
the scows which begin starting 30 minutes before WYC boats. Racing will go
around the entire lake and finish at MYC. Afterwards there is a fantastic party
at MYC with music from Tim Mahoney and a lecture from Lori Schneider who
has climbed the seven summits. Most importantly there will be a huge live
auction.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Blake Middleton has stepped everything up a notch
by mixing in his MS fundraising. Please make a donation to MS in one of the

25 Dock Party is this Sunday after the race out on C dock. Swing by and have

for taking first place in the Lake Minnetonka Championship of Champions
representing the S27.9 fleet. Other notable finishes were Blake Middleton
(powerboat fleet) in second, Dave Eslmo in 4th for the J24 fleet (??), Mike
Bowers in 7th for the J22 fleet.</FONT></DIV>
