[J22-Fleet 1] crew schedule for the season

I was just putting together an updated schedule for team 963 and
thought I'd share an example of last year's schedule with the fleet. 
I'm not this organized with the rest of my life, but after doing this 2
years ago and realizing the benefits I plan to continue doing it.  It
takes a lot of stress out of the season when you've got a team lined
up, and it allows you to find holes in the schedule and start
recruiting the best crews earlier in the season.
