[J22-Fleet 1] Borrowed Boat Agreement for National Championships

Calling all J/22 Boat Owners!

After much review and revision, we have finished the Borrowed Boat Agreement for the Adult Championships.  I will place blank copies on the big table in the clubhouse tonight and an envelope to put the signed copies in.  Although we will not use all of the boats in the regatta, we would like everyone that has agreed to let us borrow your boat to sign an agreement.  That will allow the equalizing team more options of boats that will make the regatta as fair as possible.

Accordingly, please pick up a form, review it, fill it out (that should take 5 minutes or less), and drop it in the envelope.  I will then have the WYC Commodore sign it and return an executed copy to you.  I can also send you a copy by email, so let me know if you want it that way.

One change of note is that we will tune the boats for the regatta, but we will not be resetting them to their original settings.  If that is a deal breaker for any of you, contact me and we can work that out.

We have had a great response from the fleet and nearly all said that they will make their boats available.  If you have not committed, but would like to, we will be happy to have your boat available.  Just fill out the form and return it, or contact me to get one.  It is never too late to help out.
