[Sonar] Dues due, WYC Sonar Class Treasurer's report

Hello Fleet 5,

Once again, I'll be asking for $20 from each Sonar for the fleet treasury.  

Over the course of last year the dues and a few lapel pin sales brought in more money  than went out.  The only outlay was for food for the B-series party.  Last year Captain Mark and Ernie purchased the food together for the B-series party and spent about $175.  Mark expects to spend more this year since, if I understood correctly, he's getting pressure to put some meat in the b-series meal this year.

Our treasury currently has a balance of $831.  Plus 76 WYC lapel pins and 2 small tan shirts.
