All the thanks should go to Steve Shepstone who was the one who actually chased this down. 



My suggestion would be to have what else...a party!....say end of January or so (when we really need one) and try to get most of us together who are interested and put the team together,  get the registration/reservations started etc.   By that time,  people will have more of an idea that they can go,  or not etc.
