[Sonar] The Sonar group 'Frankenlaser' has a rack space!

The famous Frankenlaser (a Laser sailboat) now at long last has a spot
available at the WCSC rack.   This is the same Laser that my daughter and
Howard and Jill's girls grew up with.

As we had planned before, those of us who are interested can pitch in for
the $250 rack fee for the year and I'll set up a schedule and you can
participate in the Laser series or just go out and tool around with it.

I'm probably interested in having 4 or 5 in the group for this.
