[Sonar] Star of the North Registration

Folks,

We already have 20 boats registered for this year's Star of the North.  If
you're planning to attend, but haven't yet registered for the Star of the
North Regatta, please do it soon.  It really helps the planning committee
when it's clear how many people will be attending.
