[Sonar] Mounting Outboard Bracket

I'm on to the next task of cutting a hole in the transom to mount the outboard bracket. I ordered the typical two piece bracket from Shumway.

I'd like to get it mounted this weekend, so a couple of requests:

1. Any advice from those who've done it?
2. Any one want to play with their sawzall? Otherwise, I'll have to go buy one 😃
3. They sent me a tube of 4200, but  thinking I should epoxy the edge of the hole to prevent water seeping into transom.
4. Any one available this weekend to run the crane? I've operated them before, but I'm not checked out on this one.
5. Any one with a pair of lifting slings I could borrow? No biggie here as I will likely drop mast for other maintenance.
