KARE 11 ICEBOAT FEATURE
Lake Mtka iceboating and John Dennis will be featured this Wednesday on KARE 
11 in their Wednesday Extra. I've heard this is a very well done piece and 
they've been working on it most of the winter. John was top ten at worlds 
this year in Europe and the US Team was the top team. Check it out and let's 
all hope Julie Nelson doesn't recap the story by saying "burr...that sure 
looks cold".

TERRY FOSTER MARCH SEMINAR MARCH-20
The voting has been too close to call, so Terry is going to do a combination 
Tactics, Trim, and Party Tips seminar. This seminar is so hot it's going to 
start melting the ice in the bay. Show up at 6:30 for happy hour (beer & 
pizza), seminar starts at 7:00, post seminar social from 9:00-10:00. 
Proceeds go to the Wayzata Sailing Center.

AMERICAN DIABETES ASSOCIATION REGATTA
The ADA Regatta is getting lined up for 2008. Bob Carpenter is our Regatta 
Chair, our dates have been set at June 14-15, and we're working on a killer 
wine tasting party for Friday night. Get your team lined up and tell them to 
get some pledges. Boats that raise $500 in pledges get free registration.

This is the time for all potential sponsors to come to the aid of their 
yacht club. There's going to be some great coverage for sponsors this year, 
so think about being involved by visiting the ADA web page to download 
sponsorship information.

ICE OUT CONTEST
Why not. Use the link on the upper right hand corner of the website, include 
your name and date. Rules are sketchy after that. This is the date the DNR 
says the ice clears, not the day Bren clears out Wayzata Bay.
