[AIS] Superior International Offshore Race

Angisina is planning on Duluth to Bayfield, ATI, and the Bayfield Middle Distance. I updated the wyc.org/ais website with links to the NOR.

The Q may do Duluth - Bayfield. 

In addition to Around the Islands, we will most likely will do Houghton - Bayfield and the Middle Distance race. We will not be doing it as part of the LSYA program, but simply enter the individual events.
