the PHRF in Thunderbay is listed on the offshore.  Is it really part of the offshore series this year?

Angisina is planning on Duluth to Bayfield, ATI, and the Bayfield Middle Distance.  I updated the wyc.org/ais website with links to the NOR.

The Q may do Duluth - Bayfield. 
 
 In addition to Around the Islands, we will most likely will do Houghton - Bayfield and the Middle Distance race. We will not be doing it as part of the LSYA program, but simply enter the individual events.
