And the winner is ... (drum roll) ....  

           Code Blue! 

for an outstanding representation of the Centennial State replete with snow,
skiers, and spruce trees.  The prize weedstick was promptly put to good use
when, in a serendipitous turn of events, they employed it to retrieve a
wayward blue spruce that had gone to the bottom.  

The question on everyone's lips remain: can it remove other types of
vegetation from a Capri's keel?  Other are invited to try it out.  The
designer and J24 sailor John Peterson (no relation to JP aboard Code Blue),
awaits feedback for serial number 002.
