[Capri25] message attachments in list mailingss

The e-mail lists are intended for basic text e-mail messages. 

Photos and especially any attached files are generally a no-no. 

Very small attachments are allowed to accomodate people sending html
e-mail messages which sometimes have incidental attachments, but
that's about it. Attaching a Word, or PDF document, or photos will
usually get your message blocked. Send a big enough attachment and
you'll lock up the entire server. 


If you have an attachment, please have your fleet webperson post it to
the web and include a link in your message, or reconsider how you can
cut-n-paste the text of  your document into a text e-mial message.
