Being in sunny, warm Southern California, I will not be able to attend the AGM, but, will be at your Star of the North regatta.

Of note...  I notice on your agenda that there is a Capri 25 World Championship in Bezerkley later this year?  Will any of the Wayzata boats be making the trek?

        8:01 - Treasurer's report - Mark Hammett

        8:05 - Star of the North Regatta - Carmella Foster

        8:15 - Election of Officers

                   Fleet Captain - Nominee - Mark Hammett

                   Secretary Treasurer – Open for nominations

                   Crew Reps - Open for nominations

          (Forewarned:  Those that do not come to the meeting may be nominated and elected)

        New Business 

        8:45 – “Rumble in the Bay”- 5/7/09 – Pete Ice

        8:55 - Discussion on current sail purchase rules.  Should Spinnakers and/or 140's and 100's count against the Fleet's annual one sail purchase rule? - Lew Sacks

        9:30 - Discussion of what constitutes a "professional" for the Star of the North Regatta - Dutch Bull
