Sounds like a great idea for the Boy Scouts. Something the Boy Scouts might be interested in is getting their sailing merit badge,,, I helped my nephew get his and he is now an Eagle Scout, but I forget what they require for the scouts to learn about sailing. I'd be willing to help out in making sure the Scouts get their merit badges.
