[Capri25] 22 Catalina sailboat FOR SALE

*Catalina 22*  for sale!


    Its an 84', bought in MI in 1986.  Has spent most of its time on
Minnetonka.

I’ve cleaned it every year up to this one – clean deck and cabin, do teak,
wax hull, clean bottom…  Hull is in good shape, sails are old (Main, 150
Genoa, 110 Jib).

I’ve attached one picture I took last spring.



Asking $4500.
