[Capri25] High school keelboat regatta Saturday morning June 20

Hi Burt:

I think kids in 7th grade start practicing and racing with the HS team so
check with Matt Thompson and see what his guidelines might be. I think it
is about fun and getting to know other sailors and I would think early
introduction and getting to know future team mates or competitors is great.
