[Capri25] Capri 25 fleet meeting- Wed, Jan 30

Attached are the minutes from last years meeting.
I will not be taking notes this year as I will be retiring as secretary of
the Capri 25 fleet.  That said, please consider volunteering for this
distinguished and important responsibility.
