[Ensign] Update on Jurisprudence

This is a follow-up to recent messages regarding an accident involving RC
staff and Jurisprudence on Sunday.

Most importantly, all three RC personnel affected are continuing to heal
and return to normal.

Secondly, races on Thursday and this weekend will be run as normal.
