[J22-Fleet 1]MYC Wednesday Race and Grill

With 20+ knot winds last Wednesday night, the turn out for all MYC fleets was 
a bit sparse however, we did serve over 70 people at the post race grill, 
emptied several gallons of Margaritas, listened to all of the Jimmy Buffet Songs 
You Know by Heart and polished off a small keg of beer.  
The prediction for this Wednesday evening is for improved racing conditions 
and yet another great post-race grill.  If you want to try a less crowded 
starting line, fine it easier to make a Wednesday night race, or just want to come 
for great food at a reasonable cost, take advantage of the new midweek, J22 
reciprocity agreement between WYC & MYC and join us tomorrow night out on the 
lake.
The menu for each Wednesday night is different and is posted on Mondays on 
the MYC website - <A HREF="www.mtka-yc.com">www.mtka-yc.com</A>  
The race starts in front of the MYC club house island at 6:15 pm, the 
starting sequence goes in reverse order (slow boats first, E-scows last) and the 
finish is also as close to the island as possible so you can get to the grill 
quickly after the race.
