Hey everyone,

 

Not trying to steal Jappa's thunder here, but wanted to say
congratulations to Lars, Jon and Rod for winning last weekends Prince of
Wales area K semifinals, which qualifies them for the US Sailing
NATIONAL  Match Racing championship in Detroit in September.  And to
Sean and crew for engineering one of team 865's two defeats in their
match racing debut.    

 

Also, THANK YOU to Joanie Berg and Merry Beth Hovey for opening up their
homes and putting up the out of town sailors and umpires.  It was a huge
help and they were very appreciative.  It was another great event hosted
by WYC.
