J22 hull 1318 for sale.  Purchased new in1997, epoxy bottom by Hooper's Yachts 2005 and dry sailed since.  1 sets of North and 1 set of Quantum sails (spinnaker in near new condition).  All rigging and Mercury 3.3hp outboard included.  2005 ShoreMaster extended range lift with custom J22 cradle (Jappa design).
