[J22-Fleet 1] Keel Fairing

Anyone have electronic article/instructions on J22 keel fairing process
they could send me?
 
I noted that the Canadian J22 site had some promising links but they are
broken.  Anyone have a copy of these from an earlier download?
 
I've had some templates made from cad files but looking for some hints
re faring/finishing... esp if I need to break thru to lead.
 
Any help/ thoughts appreciated.
