[J22-Fleet 1] Amendments to J22 Class Rules

There are 2 new amendments to J22 Class Rules re: hiking rule and windward sheeting car system.  Please see: http://www.j22.org/pdfs/Rule_changes_affective_March_1.pdf. 

Lars - Do you have any information about these rule changes ?  Are you changing 865 to a windward sheeting car system ?  Is the amendment of the hiking rule just a simpler way to restate the old hiking rule or did "they" actually intend to change the way we hike ?
