[J22-Fleet 1] Fleet 1 Meeting and Social Agenda

Fleet 1,

Here are some additional details on the meeting tomorrow.  We will begin the 
meeting portion at 7:00 pm.  Since we don't have a lot of major items to debate 
I'm going out on a limb and opening the social portion at 6:30.  The Fleet is 
providing a keg and mixers, we're asking everyone to bring an appetizer or main 
course to share as well as a bottle of your choice.  


The meeting agenda will be as follows:  
	* Recap of 2010, including awarding the Fleet 1 championship trophy
	* Review Fleet finances and outlook for coming season
	* Decide on regatta pricing and membership policies (Fleet, US Sailing, USA 
J-22)
	* How to grow the Fleet and participation in various events (local and away 
regattas, Fleet 1 Champ, etc.)
	* Other new business
Any questions in the meantime please let me know.  Look forward to seeing 
everyone tomorrow.
