The boat that fell had the upgrade strap. 
Or at least that is what I understand.
Either way anyone lifting the boat from one bolt is waiting for something bad to happen. Either just a keel bolt repair or something much worse.
Waterline stocks the upgrade or I have made several.
Sometime after 600 the two aft bolts were sized up one bolt size
Going from a 15/16" nut to 1 1/8"
