You are right.  The discussion regarding multiple races on Sunday is on the WYC facebook page (www.facebook.com/pages/Wayzata-Yacht-Club/177104775638986 ).  Share your views on the subject on the WYC facebook page so those "in charge" can take your views into account.
 
It would be great to have more than one race on Sundays.  Even if it's just two races, it would make it worthwhile.  Granted it only takes me 12 mins to get to the club so any race is worthwhile for me.

I think that option is on the WYC Facebook page survey. A champ race followed by one or two non champ races.

Another option is to run a six race series in three weeks doing back2backs like the j22 champ series.
