[J22-Fleet 1] Fleet mtg and social April 27

Paul has graciously agreed to open up his brew pub, Lynn lake, on Monday
evening to the J22 fleet.  Doors open at 7pm,  April 27.

I'll have updates on the schedule for the summer, updates on the finances
and then we can all ask John about mid-winters.
