[J22-Fleet 1] Shirts!

Sorry to have missed the meeting.

I much prefer tech over cotton, with the full design/logo on the tech
shirt. An option of women's cuts would be great. The dark blue J24 U-Gotta
tech shirt from a couple of years ago is one of my favorite regatta shirts.
Offering pre-order would allow you to get more exact quantities of each
size/type.
