[J24 ListSrv] Volunteers needed, sign up now

				As many of you know we're thowing the A-Series party with the J22 Fleet this Sunday.  In order to make this a success we need to ensure that everyone participates.  The 24's will be tasked with:

1.  Setup and decorations
2.  Cooking
3.  Everyone will assist with clean up.

I'd like to have a list of boats (today) and where you plan to help to make this event a success.  If you plan to help with setup, you need to be at the club an hour earlier than you usually come to rig your boat. 

I'll be leaving for Chicago today, please copy Holly Anderson at holly at veritasmarketing with your duty preferences.  (if you typically finish first I advise cooking so we can get the party started right away). 

Finally, each boat needs to bring a dish for the club (yes, it's a pot luck as well).  We'll be feeding about 200 people that day.

Ideas for dishes include:
Baked beans
Potato salad
Pasta salad
Corn bread
deserts
etc
etc.

Please get back to myself and Holly today so we can get the boat responsibilities finalized.  If you don't think everyone is getting this message, please pass it along to the rest of the fleet.
