All,  

Please check and make sure that you picked up the correct sails for your
boat.  If see one that is for redcoat #2237 or a spinnaker with 3577 please
return them to the trailer.

*	If your sails have not been measured, please place on trailer by
Tonight.  
*	We have out of town boats starting to arrive tonight and will load
up their sails tomorrow and measure tomorrow night since they will all be
here now.

Ullala -  100% jib/blade has been measured and initialed.  

MISSING SAIL:  Ullala spinnaker is missing so please check to ensure you
didn't take the wrong sail.  It is in a blue North sails bag, sail is all
white with Oz's numbers 3577.  Contact Rolf T. if you have it ASAP.

Boat Weighing - If you were unable to weigh on Sunday and haven't made other
arrangements, we will likely be able to fit you in Wednesday while the J/24
technical committee is present as well as out of town boats as they arrive. 

If your sails are not measured, we will most likely be doing all out of town
boats late Thursday after the practice race...

ALL, 

Looks like we have a few boats that we need to get on the list to be weighed
in on Sunday yet.

Please try to make it there on Sunday that way your day on Thursday before
the big event will a lot easier. 

We will be measuring sails tomorrow Saturday. If you have not brought your
sails to measured yet please do so at 10am Saturday am at WYC.

Also if your boat is in need of any measurement.  Tuesday and Wednesday are
the two days that boats will be measured. 

I DO NOT want to be measuring any local boats on Thursday before the
regatta. I have not scheduled any time for that on Thursday and my plate is
already very full. There will be fees associated if measurement is required
on Thursday.  

I have two boats so far that we will be measuring on Tuesday and Wednesday
HOT Flash, Vans hot new boat to our fleet, and the Situation, Dave's sexy
Red boat. 

Van and Dave we will need to have your trailer with you as well so that the
below water items can be measured. 

If there is anyone else let me know. 

Please contact me asap so that we can coordinate.
