Hello PHRF Members,
 
Thank you to the PHRF Members that attended our Annual Spring Meeting on April 2nd. We had a good attendance but we still missed some of you. The minutes of the meeting are posted on our website at: http://www.wyc.org/Home/tabid/322/Default.aspx
 
For those that have yet to submit your PHRF Rating Form and Fee for 2009, it is necessary to get them in by April 15th in order to assure you will be counted and scored in the first few races of the 2009 season. Please note that if the new ratings book does not arrive in time for Fred to calculate new ratings for the first races, your 2008 rating will be used for all members that have submitted their application and PHRF Fee. The PHRF Form can be found online at: http://www.wyc.org/Home/tabid/322/Default.aspx
 
When you visit our web page you will also notice a new section where we will be promoting our PHRF Lending Library. Head Librarian Marion (aka. Jan Hetland) will be coordinating the program.
