[Phrf] Thursday Evening WYC East (Crew) Lot Parking

This Thursday, the lower east lot will be reserved for WYC crew members
with current membership stickers, and guests will be directed to the top
lot (space permitting). As most of you sailors are aware there has been
rain and construction in the upper east lot. Not a good mix. We are working
with the contractor to remedy the softness but as it is supposed to rain
Thursday night.

Please consider car pooling, AND BRING ALONG A SET OF OLD SHOES for the
walk from the east lot over to the Yacht club. It is fairly muddy up there.
Some are planning to park uptown, and carpool in to avoid the east lot
altogether. Please do not park in the Village shops lots or on residential
streets in front of houses.

But we do need the rain!
