[Phrf] Fleet Challenge Cup - scoring update

The Fleet Challenge results are now correct on the website. Several entry
errors and problems with duplicate sail numbers have been corrected.



Next year it will be better. Net winning scores did not change.



The course length entered is a dummy number because the calculation is time
on time so length does not enter the equation.
