[Sonar]Put-in sign up sheet

[David Olson]

The sign up sheet has been posted at the yacht club for put in day.  It
looks as though it will be the same system as last year.  I have signed
up for 12:00.  Due to familiy commitments I will only be available to
help others in the afternoon untill 5:00.
