Thanks Tom (also Chris and Marty)

I guess I will seek some information on what to use for primer on the
bare lead. Chris mentioned Interlux 2000 and Marty says there is a
brochure from West.

I have to decide if I am willing to uncover all the lead or just do the
one section. I believe someone faired the keel and I would hate to lose
the current shape. I don't know how well I could recreate the shape if
I were to remove all the sound (so far) filler.

If I do the bad section and then seal the entire keel with West epoxy
maybe there would be no further blistering for a few seasons.

This was a Geneva boat so it is not used to being wet sailed I guess.
