[Sonar] North U Tactics seminar feb 25-26 2006, chicago

I'm likely going to head down to this seminar in late February.     Cost 
is about $250.     If we can get several Sonar people to go,  the per 
person price drops.

The Sonar is an odd enough duck that I don't think that the sail trim 
seminar really applies,   but the tactics seminar should be really good.

Also,  by late Feb,  the skiing is already getting lousy and  its at a 
great time of year to start thinking about warm weather and getting the 
boat out of hibernation!
