[Sonar] Shepstone visit per boat

In speaking with a number of people in the fleet,   we've decided that for 
all of the meals and events that we'll be putting on   (there will be 3 
good ones!)   that we'll request a $25 per boat donation to the fleet 
fund. 

We want to keep the events this weekend open to everyone in the fleet 
(especially family members),   at high quality,   low cost,  and most 
important,   fun and instructional.   Given the number of meals and events 
that are planned,   this is a great deal.

For each boat owner attending,   please remit this to Chris Fittipaldi, 
the fleet treasurer at the time of your first meal event that you plan to 
attend.
