[Sonar] Lowisa - Average Points?

For what it is worth... I disagree with the concept of average points. completely

Mark,
I agree with Bert.  I missed the fleet meeting in the spring so am not sure
what was discussed.  In the past we've awarded average points if a WYC boat
goes to a Sonar Sanctioned sailing regatta off Lake Minnetonka.  This would
include North Americans, Lake Geneva or any other Sonar event sanctioned by
the class.  I believe Lowisa would fall into that category.
