[Sonar] Commodore Cup vs Star of the North

Hi All,

There will be no Commodore Cup race for Sonars this Saturday.

The Sonar fleet will have one fewer Commodore Cup race.  If you are 
not in the Star of the North, but want to sail Saturday, send an 
email to the Sonar fleet.  There are some Sonar teams short for 
Saturday because they have Friday/Sunday crew from other fleets who 
want to sail the Commodore Cup in their own boat Saturday.

Its like the Lonar Cup race.  When the fleet decided to hold the 
Lonar, that meant there was no Big Island race that day for full 
crewed Sonars.  When the fleet decided to sail the ADA in 2007 using 
Appendix B (no spinnakers), a boat couldn't go out with spinnaker and 
be scored.
