[Sonar] New sonar owner working on Christmas list

I need your help.  I am a new sonar owner and looking for suggestions for my Christmas list.  I have decided that all I want for Christmas are things related to sailing.  I guess that I am 'jonesing' for next season already.

(1) what standard hardware would be good to have on board for those mid-race disasters that typically only happen when the wind is howling?
(2) Tuners?  What ones work best with sonars?
(3) I was told that soft sided coolers are essential.  Are there any other 'amenities' that would be helpful to have?
(4) Electronics (radio, GPS, etc).
