[Sonar] Trophy Sorting Party Tuesday November 10th 6PM at WYC

I am looking for two volunteers to attend this party.  Please email or call
me if you can do this.  I am out of town starting Thursday noon so please
let me know ASAP.  I need to let them know who is coming.

Also are there one or two people who wish to assist with setup on the day of
the banquet?  Let me know.

I assume that everyone has gotten their trophies back to the club--if not
you have until the first of November.

*Hi All Fleet Captains*
It is that time of year……Trophy sorting* TUESDAY NOVEMBER 10th at 6PM at WYC
*
Refreshments and food will be served….after the sorting:) Please communicate
any special requests.

*Glass Trophies*
It is expected that 2 members from each fleet come help sort the trophy
glassware for the banquet. Please communicate via email that two members
from your fleet have been identified and will be attending. Last year it
took approximately 2-3 hours.

*Traveling Trophies*
As fleet captains, you are responsible for locating your fleets traveling
trophies and confirming the last year recipient will have it cleaned and
dropped off at the club before November 1st.

*Volunteer for Banquet Set Up*
Please plan to help pickup, deliver, and set up the trophies at the Banquet
room in the Minnetonka Sheraton. The volunteers will be* **meeting at the
WYC club at 12AM on Saturday November 14th. *

Thank you in advance for your help. Please communicate via email that you
received the email and two members will be attending the sorting on 11/10.
