[Sonar] Party and Meeting tomorrow

Hi All,
This is discussion only.  I will then summarize, send email, and seek 
input via email.  Everyone is welcome to email a reply to the group 
or just to me.  It is easiest if you would make your comments in RED 
in or below each item on which you are making a comment.  We may have 
general agreement on lots of the points and just a few that we will 
work on and/or vote.  We can't wait too long to finalize as things 
like schedules etc need to be get done.
