[Sonar] Thursday evening team race plan - Breeze in question currently

Hello Team race gang,
The forecast I see currently for Thursday evening is showing very light breeze (and hot).  Let's not give up just yet but if we don't see by early Thursday the breeze forecast improving we'll call it off and try to come up with a new timeslot.  If you've emailed me asking to participate, the answer is 'yes' we'll put people on boats IF the wind gods bless us.  Happy 4th.  MF
