[Sonar] Team racing ON for 5:30 this evening

Hey gang,
I'm seeing forecast of 8mph on one site, 2mph on another.  As long as we get a bit closer to the 8 than the 2 we'll be in good shape for the game.  Based on various feedback, I think we'll see four to six boats.  We have crew without boats so if your boat is short, don't worry about it.
