[Sonar] needs new owner...finding one

I just wanted to add that if you know of a potential new Sonar owner or
partner prospect,   be sure to invite them to the Sonar fleet party on Dec
1.

Bert knows this through experience. There are three ways to grow a fleet:
social, social and social.
