For some reason the list does not recognize me so I have resigned up for the list.
Let's see if this works. I have sent this reply 3 times now.

It sounds like there may not be enough interest now so my reply may be out dated already.

Ah yes, the notes.
I have them here next to me and I should type them up and publish them soon.
After reviewing my notes, I show we approved not scoring the Big Island that conflicted with the Lonar and the C series race that conflicted with the Star of the North.
I do not show that we approved not scoring the Fall Regatta.

We approved electronic voting as part of our last meeting.

Marty, do we have enough interest in the Team Race?
I plan on participating.
If we do have enough interest, the Team Race is a Sonar Fleet Race and I would then make a motion that we vote to not score the Fall Regatta races that conflict with the Team Race.

I am certain that we did not cancel the Sonar start for the Fall Regatta.  I intend to race in the Fall Regatta.  I know of at least 2 other boats who also intend to race the Fall Regatta.

I believe we did vote to not score C6 on September 16th because of the SOTN.

On the WYC website, under Racing and Results, there is a tab for "Official Special Fleet Rules".  We are supposed to make these decisions before the start of the season, and submit them to the RC chairman to be reviewed for clarity and then the chairman will post them to THIS page (not the Sonar fleet page, although we could post them in both places).  Changes to the SIs, as determined by this process, are the only changes that the protest committee will honor.  At this point, we would have to ask the chairman of the Race Committee to post a "Change Notice".

As things currently stand, anyone who wants to race in the Fall Regatta and/or C6 can do it and will be scored.

I wanted to clarify that there won't be a Sonar start in the Fall Regatta because the fleet is doing the Team Racing Regatta, is this true???
