[Sonar] Is our typical M series course too short ???

Yep. If we are going to make the trip to get crew and boats ready to race
let's put in a extra lap.

One thing that could pose a problem for race management is shift winds and
course modifications over a longer period. We may need to give them a "by"
on quality of the races if we extend race periods. It is pretty hard to
move course in the bay.
